Description
This is our first edition (2008) – professionally printed on quality cream paper and spiral bound. Almost 170 pages!
Teach your littles very fascinating and foundational topics, at their level of curiosity and understanding with simple pictures and large print. This Canadian curriculum was designed for a year or two of lessons for a non-writer and beginning reader (JK/SK). While designed for homeschooling (individual learning), this curriculum can easily be adapted for any kindergarten classroom. The student pages are reproducible.
The appendices at the back of the book include supplemental Bible verse colouring pages relating to topics (Appendix B) and some photos (Appendix C).
Cream paper was chosen for this book since it helps some children, especially younger children, to enjoy working on a non-glaring, non-pure-white surface. It has a toothy type texture (instead of thin and smooth) so that it is more durable for colouring and cutting.
The sample pages shown in the second edition for this book often have similarities to pages in the first edition. The essential differences between these 2 editions are some fonts (type and size), a few graphics (either newer graphics or larger ones), a slight change in layout on a few pages, and some additional student pages for the second edition.
These first edition books are of an excellent value for this clearance price! While quantities last!
(Note: Unlike the first editions of Levels A and C, this product is NOT considered a “printer’s second”. It was professionally printed very well.)
